Current and previous cars
With over 20 years of history we have managed to create a number of cars. Below you will find our most current one and the cars that led up to this point in history. We are grateful and proud over our previous projects as the all have taught us something to reach even further.
Brinell (DeV19)
2024 - Present
Design
At KTH Formula Student, the main design philosophies were engineering, team work and innovation, and all new changes converge towards what is considered the optimal car. Dev19 is the next step, building upon the leasons learned from DeV17 and DeV18 while keeping succeses.
Improvements
This car is a detailed refinement of the modular platform that we developed for DeV18. The goal was to improve build upon the good base that we built by DeV18 with a main focus on reliability and weight reduction while also refining the many of the systems without major redesign.
Competition
The car was designed to be run both in EV and DV during competition at FS Germany and FS Austria. Both of which are some of the most prestigious Formula Student competitions in the world.
