Design

At KTH Formula Student, the main design philosophies were derived from the teams core values, sustainability, team work and innovation, and all new changes converge towards what is considered the optimal car.

Improvements

This year we decided to build a completely new platform for the vehicle which provided the team a modular and reconfigurable design to work with hence ensuring effective disassembly, repair or upgrades.

Competition

The car is designed to o be run at both EV and DV competitions. The electrical architecture of the car was designed such that it would not take more than 10 minutes to disable the electrical functionalities needed for DV operation.
